- Fiat Settlement: Bank transfer to user-designated beneficiary account

- Trading or exchange services (we only convert between fiat and stablecoins)

3. Fee Structure Disclosure
All fees are clearly disclosed before you confirm any transaction. The following fee structure applies:
3.1 On-Ramp Fees (Fiat → Crypto)
- Service Fee: 0.5% – 1.5% (percentage varies based on transaction volume and tier level)
- Network Fee: Pass-through at cost (varies by blockchain network and current congestion)
- Total Fee Example: For a £10,000 transaction with 1% service fee and £5 network fee: Total cost = £10,105
3.2 Off-Ramp Fees (Crypto → Fiat)
- Service Fee: 1% – 2% (varies based on destination country and transaction volume)
- Banking Fee: Charged by banking partners for international transfers (typically £5–£25)
- Total Fee Example: For 10,000 USDT with 1.5% service fee and £15 banking fee: You receive approximately £7,835 (at 0.80 exchange rate)
3.3 Additional Fees
- Wrong Network Recovery: 5–10% of recovered amount (if recovery is possible)
- Expedited Processing: Available upon request for urgent transactions (fees vary)
- Failed Transaction Refund: Network fees may be deducted from refund amount

- Network Risk: Blockchain networks may undergo hard forks, 51% attacks, or other disruptions
4.2 Loss of Funds Risk
You may lose funds if:
- You send cryptocurrency to the wrong address or wrong network
- Your wallet or device is compromised by hackers
- You lose access to your private keys or wallet credentials
- The stablecoin you hold loses its peg or becomes worthless
- A blockchain network experiences a critical failure
5. Insurance and Fund Protection
5.1 No Deposit Insurance
Important: Funds held in cryptocurrency or during conversion are NOT protected by deposit insurance schemes such as CDIC (Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation) or FDIC (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation).
